Hotfixes are cumulative. This hotfix includes all previous generally available
hotfixes for TIBCO Managed File Transfer Platform Server for Windows 8.0.1.
Hotfix TIB_mftps-win_8.0.1_HF-003 can be downloaded from TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com).
You will need to provide your TIBCO Support Portal credentials. Once logged in you can download the hotfix by selecting the “Downloads” -> “Hotfixes” option. Then go to “/AvailableDownloads/MFT/ PlatformServer/Windows/8.0.1/hotfix-03” to download the hotfix.
The .zip file has the Readme file inside. Please unzip the file and review the Readme file for instructions on how to apply the hotfix.

When a Platform Server client initiates a tunnel request and Platform Server for
Windows receives a TLS initialization error, the request fails, causing all
subsequent incoming tunnel requests to hang.
PSW-1005
When sending notification emails to SMTP servers that do not accept LF
delimiters, an exception may occur, preventing the email from being sent.
PSW-962
Transfers with CheckPoint=N should not be saved in the ftmssvr.qpf file.
PSW-953
When you delete an executing DNI template, minidumps may be generated.

When the SMTP server is unresponsive, transfers can hang when sending email
notifications.

Closed Issues in 8.0.1_HF-001
PSW-890
When Command Center initiates a Node, Profile or Transfer request to Platform
Server and the login fails, an exception can occur when reporting the error
message back to Command Center.
Note: Two Windows Registry entries need to be added to this Registry folder:

: Set to 0 to execute DNI scans using the template Local Identification
credentials (default value)
: Set to 1 to execute DNI scans using the Platform Server Service Account

: Set to 0 to execute DNI Send transfers using the template Local
Identification credentials (default value).
: Set to 1 to execute DNI Send transfers using the Platform Server
Service Account.
The Platform Server Service needs to be restarted after these
registry entries are created or updated.

When a connection to Platform Server is started and terminated without any
data received, an Event Log message is not created.
