Support has been added for compressing requests using REST Service/Reference
Binding and Invoke REST API activity. To enable compression of the request/
response body, the "Content-Encoding" header must be added under the
DynamicHeaders element on the Input tab of Invoke activity or
httpResponseHeaders of Reply activity. Content-Encoding header with the values
"gzip" and "deflate" type of compression is supported.
The header can be added on both the client and service side or on either side to
enable compression on the client or server.
If the header is not added, the behavior of the application can be the same as
before (without any compression/de-compression).
