The customer will be able to download the Hotfix from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI using their username and password for the TIBCO Support Web page. Once logged on they can find the Hotfix under the Download Menu :

Upgrade log4j 1.2 to log4j 2.17.1
Prepend file:/// to the value of the property -Dlog4j.configuration in the .tra file
For example : the value in tibhawkagent.tra will be
-Dlog4j.configuration=file:///%HAWK_CONFIG_HOME%/bin/log4j_agent.properties.

If you do not want log4j 1.2 in your system, then delete the jar file from
<TIBCO_HOME>/hawk/6.2/webconsole/tomcat/webapps/hawkwebconsole/WEB-INF/lib/log4j-1.2.16.jar

Warning: TIBCO Hawk WebConsole will cease to function once you delete
log4j 1.2 files from the specified file path as it requires log4j 1.2 to function.
