TIBCO(R) Order Management 5.1.0 Hotfix-004 is now available

This hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support Web User Interface using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web. Once logged in, you can find the hotfix under the Downloads Menu: "AvailableDownloads/ActiveFulfillment/5.1.0/Hotfix-4"

The Order Management System UI does not start on the OpenShift platform.

A Python script has been created to add properties introduced in this hotfix 
to the database.

In the $AF_HOME/config/ProcessComponent.props file, the example regarding overriding 
'owner' element in planItemExecute requests is corrected.

Fulfillment Order Management fails to load the tenantid_OfferIdMappings.xml file.

Order Lock is not released after an opd failure in the amendment.

After the fourth amendment, plan items and dependency are missing from the order.

You can now export all the credentials (user name and password) for TIBCO EMS,
