Fixed an issue where a C++ Driver could enter a bad state when retrieving task results after transfer over HTTP(S) from the Curl library.

Fixed some issues where multi-threaded Drivers could sometimes get an error message "Address already in use: connect" under load.


Engine
GS-16863
Resolved an issue where the HTTP client would occasionally not respond during the sending or receipt of data and neither time out or retry. The time out and retry behavior is now working properly. We look for environment variables DSHttpConnTimeout and DSHttpSocketTimeout to override the default time out (in seconds) values.

GS-16896
To avoid thread blocks that can occur when rebalancing Engines, the logoff message has been switched from Broker to Engine and is now an asynchronous request.

When the Engine JRE is unpacked on a new Engine installation, the file permissions are now set properly.

Server

Due to upgrading the dependent OpenSSL library, you must update a Manager setting to continue using SSL.

In the manager-data/server.xml file, change the property SSLProtocol to TLSv1.2 or higher.


Tomcat

Apache Tomcat has been updated to version 8.5.68.
