This hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support Web User Interface using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web.
Once logged in, you can find the hotfix under the Downloads Menu: "AvailableDownloads/ActiveFulfillment/4.0.2/Hotfix-9"

The zip files TIB_fom_4.0.2_HF-009_*.zip include the Readme file (which is also available in the hotfix directory). 
Please unzip the relevant file and look for the Readme file for the instructions on how to apply the hotfix.

AF-11404
Support for TIBCO Enterprise Message Service 8.5.x has been added in 
TIBCO Fulfillment Order Management.

AF-11384
Fulfillment Order Management fails to start due to batch error displays 
the following error:
"org.hibernate.NonUniqueObjectException".

After the second amendment, Fulfillment Order Management shows incorrect 
dependencies between milestones.

AF-11340
After the fourth amendment, the following error is seen:
"[TIBCO-AFF-OMS-100065] - Action and UDFs cannot be modified simultaneously 
in an order line." 

AF-11329
When "OMS_Truncate_Partition_Update_Indexes.sh" script is used in TIBCO
Fulfillment Order Management 402_HF-002 to drop partitions from live tables,
the tables get locked while using “UPDATE GLOBAL INDEX” command.
As a fix, you can run the Modify_FOM_Index_GLOBAL_to_LOCAL_FOM4.0.2HF9.sql
script.

AF-11312
User cannot remove a single completed order or cancelled order by using 
orderRef or orderID.

AF-11153
Offer and Price Engine cannot refresh internal cache for PRODUCT and PRICE. 
It causes drop in transaction success rate. Also there is high input/output,
which causes query to SERVER_CACHE table getting slow.
As a fix, you can run CREATE_INDEX_SERVER_CACHE_FOM4.0.2HF9.sql script.

AF-11066
After you amend a plan, unexpected REDO plan items are generated in the plan.

When generating plan for order in TIBCO Fulfillment Order Management 402-HF5, 
"StackOverflowError" exception is displayed.

In TIBCO Fulfillment Order Management 4.0.1, Offer and Price Engine service 
returns the following error: "AFF-OMS-999999 : Service Not Available".
