The customer will be able to download the Hotfix from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI using their username and password for the TIBCO Support Web page. Once logged on they can find the Hotfix under the Download Menu:

HKFTL-83

Slow response for method invocation that causes FTL Microagent timing
out is resolved. Also, the method timeout has now been made
configurable by providing an argument called -methodTimeout in
hawkftl.hma file.

HKFTL-85

A new argument called "Application Name" has been provided in input
and output of the methods - getApplicationMetrics, getEndpointMetrics,
getQueueMetrics, getTransportMetrics. Also, the old label "App Name"
used in method arguments has been updated to "Client Label".
