LLCE-3697
Windows event logs sent from OIAG were not being parsed on LMI.
Fixed the parsing issue by adding the missing fields and removing the
extra new lines/tabs in Snare format message.
LLCE-3685
WEC collector shows status as Active even if collection fails for some
journals.
Modified error reporting for WEC collector. If any of the journals for the
collector are not accessible then the status is displayed as Error. Added
ErrorMsg column in collector Metrics which will show the error, if any.

Not able to start OIAG Console and Agent when installed with TIBCO
Java 11
Modified the JVM lib directory path in .tra files of console and agent
to point to Java 11 lib directory.

Windows event collector performance improvement
Collection rate and forward rate has been improved for Windows Event
collector.
OIAG-904
Windows Event logs collected are always in English irrespective
of any language type selected.
Fixed to get event logs in desired language selected while creating the
collector.
OIAG-888
Update the default heap size to 2GB and expose the configuration for
Windows Event Collector queue size.
Queue size can now be configured while creating collector, default is set
to 1000. In order to maintain backward compatibility, before reverting HF
please set back the queue size to default i.e., 1000, if changed for any
Windows event collector.
OIAG-860
General settings tab is not displaying the default values of the
fields after migration from UC to OIAG.
Modified to show the default values of the fields.
OIAG-732
The collector created by copy collector action should be created disabled.
Modified to keep Copied collector disabled at the time of creation.
User can enable it as and when needed.
