ActiveMatrix BPM 4.2.0 now supports Oracle versions 18c and Oracle 19c with ojdbc8.jar.
NOTE: Support for these Oracle versions is enabled only if you have already installed
      TIBCO ActiveMatrix 3.3.0 HF027 or above.

The pageflow start order component gets out of order; so the older component
starts after the newer component. The last process deployed is treated as the
latest version, assuming that this is the order in which they were deployed.
However, in certain parent-child update scenarios this is not always the case.
NOTE: For a complete fix of this issue, you must also install
      TIBCO ActiveMatrix 3.3.0 HF027 or above.
