Description
This hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support Portal. After logging in to the portal, select the Downloads menu option and select Hotfixes from the dropdown menu. Then navigate to AvailableDownloads/Scribe/Insight/Adapters/CRM/5.6.1/hotfix-02.

When updating/creating a campaignresponse Insight shows success but nothing is
created or updated.
Symptoms: Trying to add an account or contact to the “Customer” field through
Insight does not add anything.

Resolution: We have worked with Microsoft to make the proper calls and allow for a successful create or update.
