Description

TIBCO ActiveMatrix Service Grid™ 3.4.0 now supports OpenJDK [Amazon Corretto 8, update 212] on Windows (64-bit) and Linux (64-bit) operating systems, for the following profiles-

  • Administrator

  • Runtime Host

  • SOA Development

 

Installation

OpenJDK can be used at product installation time by pre-installing Amazon Corretto 8 and then selecting the option of “Specify Currently Installed Java” (as opposed to “Use JVM Provided By TIBCO”) in the “Java Home” screen of the Installer wizard. 

 

Alternatively, TIBCO ActiveMatrix Updater Tool for Java Runtime Environment (JRE) can also be used to configure existing setup to use Amazon Corretto 8. Refer to the TIBCO ActiveMatrix Updater Tool for Java Runtime Environment (JRE) Documentation for more information.
