You can download this Hotfix from TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com). You will need to provide your TIBCO Support Portal credentials.

BE-26895
In WebStudio Classic UI, the following issues occurred:
1. When you update a business rule and save it, then after closing and
reopening the business rule, the updated data was lost.
2. When you open a business rule from the worklist, the fields in the business
rule are editable.
BE-26874
An exception occurred when you create a new instance with extId of a deleted
instance within the same RTC.
BE-26869
An exception occurred when the Cluster.DataGrid.EvictCache function was used in
startup rule function and Backing Store Persistence was set to None.

The Log.log and Log.logException catalog functions were not logging messages
when the message string contains the percent sign (%).

The server detail was displayed on the Tomcat default error page. This was a
security risk.

For TIBCO ActiveSpaces 3.x, the Store.get catalog function was not working when
the primary key of TIBCO ActiveSpaces 3.x table had more than one property.

instead of NULL, when there was no data to be returned.
