  In cases when the background (BG) failed to process sub-cases, it did not rollback and
  continued purging cases and committed the transaction.

Environment

This hotfix applies to TIBCO iProcess Engine version 11.4.1.17 running on the following platforms and databases: Platforms: Microsoft Windows 7, 7 SP1, 8, 8.1 32-bit on x86 7, 7 SP1, 8, 8.1 64-bit on x86-64 Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008 32-bit on x86 2003, 2008, 2008 R2, 2008 R2 SP1, 2012, 2012 R2 64-bit on x86-64 Note: For Windows Server 2012 R2, Standard Edition is the minimum edition supported. Databases: Microsoft SQL Server 2005.x, 2008 R2, 2008.x, 2012 2005.x - Requires SP 1, 2, or 3

Resolution

The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI,
using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web.

Once logged on the hotfix can be found under the Downloads Menu:
