TIBCO Administrator portal does not open properly with Virtual Router
SFTA-107 - (Customer Reported as SR 01565957)
Changing the domain password for the default "admin" user does not work in case the domain utility fails

The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI, using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web.
