Closed Issue in 11.6.1_HF-003 (This Release)

Defect Id: IPE-4243

 A new parameter "proc_id" was added to the SW_GETCASE_STATUS stored procedure.
 This did not allow closing cases through SSOLITE.SW_CLOSE procedure on
 the iProcess Engine upgraded environment.

 To fix this, the change to SW_GETCASE_STATUS has been reverted and
 SW_GETCASE_STATUS_EX that takes proc_id and casenum as input
 has been added.
