Provide backward compatible implementation of Tag 35B as 5.15.0. For this enhancement, you have to add tra property in designer.tra.
Add java.property.swift.35BCorrectionRevert with value either 0/1 in designer.tra file. This Option to enable/disable backward compatibility setting(tra property)to allow the Swift plugin to process the 35B behaviour same as 5.15.0 

i) Default value:0: New implementation of 35B which done as part of 5.16.0 Swift 2017 specification.
ii) Other value:1: old implementation of 35B as in 5.15.0
