If you started a case that called putdata from the npsal library, entered the case description and some value in the Text1 field, and clicked Keep, you would get the following error:
return from putdata (SW_CASEDESC) : -1" and then "return from putdata (TEXT1) : -1

2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2 64-bit on x86-64
Additional Information
For Windows Server 2012 R2, Standard Edition is the minimum edition
supported.
Resolution
The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI,
using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web.
Once logged on the hotfix can be found under the Downloads Menu:
