You can download this Hotfix from TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com).  You will need to provide your TIBCO Support Portal credentials.  Once logged in you can download the hotfix by selecting the “Downloads” -> “Hotfixes” option, then go to /AvailableDownloads/BusinessEvents/Standard/5.3.0/hotfix-06 to download the Hotfix.

Closed Issues in 5.3.0_HF-006 (This Release)

On message expiration, the session auto-recovery was performed resulting in
duplicate message processing.
This is now fixed. Now, on message expiration, only a log statement is printed.
Also, added a new CDD property be.channel.jms.session.recover.onAckFailure, to
specify if session auto-recovery is required in case of the acknowledgment
failure of unexpired messages. Set be.channel.jms.session.recover.onAckFailure
to "false" of stop the session auto-recovery for the acknowledgment
failure of unexpired messages. The default value is "true".
