You can download this HotFix from TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com). You will need to provide your TIBCO Support Portal credentials. Once logged in you can the download the hotfix by selecting the “Downloads” -> “Hotfixes” option. Then go to the AvailableDownloads/BusinessWorks/BWCE/2.3.1/hotfix-01.

The issue of degradation in response time with increasing number of HTTP requests
has been fixed.

BWCE-1340
Large XML documents, that were stringified by the Render XML activity or the
render-xml() Custom XPath Function and then set as values of nodes in other XML
trees, could suffer significant performance delays during serialization of the
containing XML tree. There were noticeable performance delays for stringified
documents over 1MB in size, and the severity non-linearly increased as XML
documents became larger. This has been fixed so that the activity and function
scale linearly, and performance penalties are avoided.
