This is a non-cumulative hotfix to address specific issues on TIBCO
LogLogic(R) Log Management Intelligence MCAgent in High Availability (HA) configuration. 

This hotfix is compatible with LogLogic Management Center hotfix
MC-2.1.1-HF-LLCE-2322 and is intended to provide compatibility for HA upgrade
scenarios only when upgrading to LMI versions 6.1.1 and above using
LogLogic Management Center 2.1.1. Please ensure that Hotfix MC-2.1.1-HF-LLCE-2322
has been installed onto Management Center 2.1.1 before beginning upgrade to 6.1.1.

This hotfix will install MCAgent 2.4.6 (current version in LMI 6.1.1). 
MCAgent 2.4.6 is not compatible with previous LMI software versions and should
only be applied prior to upgrading to 6.1.1. Since there is a stage that old
version of MCAgent and new version of MCAgent exist simultaneously during 
HA upgrade, please do not apply this hotfix if you do not plan to upgrade HA 
to LMI 6.1.1 or higher version.

The following HA upgrade scenarios to use this hotfix are listed below:
1. LMI 5.6.2 + LMI-6.1.0_5.7.0_5.6.3_5.6.2-HF-MCAgent-2317-2357 + LSP 32.1
   -> LMI 6.1.1
2. LMI 5.6.3 + LMI-6.1.0_5.7.0_5.6.3_5.6.2-HF-MCAgent-2317-2357 + LSP 32.1
   -> LMI 6.1.1
3. LMI 5.7.0 + LMI-6.1.0_5.7.0_5.6.3_5.6.2-HF-MCAgent-2317-2357 + LSP 32.1
   -> LMI 6.1.1
4. LMI 6.1.0 + LMI-6.1.0_5.7.0_5.6.3_5.6.2-HF-MCAgent-2317-2357 + LSP 32.1
   -> LMI 6.1.1
