You can download this HotFix from TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com). You will need to provide your TIBCO Support Portal credentials. Once logged in you can the download the hotfix by selecting the “Downloads” -> “Hotfixes” option. Then go to the AvailableDownloads/BusinessWorks/6.4.0/hotfix-01.

AMBW-27762
When multiple jobs were run on ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks, out of the total jobs
that were run, all the jobs were not successfully completed. Some of the jobs
were blocked and ran in a loop in an attempt to establish connection
and some of them obtained a connection but failed to proceed to the next
activity.

AMBW-27827
When the Process in subsets option was selected and last subset was reached
in first loop, the JDBC Query activity connection was not closed.
