Defect Id: IPWB-247
When TIBCO iProcess Workspace (Browser) is configured for single authentication,
by setting useSingle=true in config.xml, the persistOnServer and maxDataSize
settings for server nodes are not being applied.
Defect Id: IPF-216
If a date field is set on a form, then it is reset to null using the available
data/control APIs, the null value is not being sent to the server.
