Introduction

Hotfixes are cumulative. This is the first hotfix for TIBCO Object Service Broker for Mainframe RED 2.2.0.
The hotfix is a total product replacement package.

Closed Issues in Mainframe RED 2.2.0 HotFix #1 (This Release)
RED-247 - Critical
Shared Buffer Pool does not always signal listeners to receive messages.
A timing issue related to signaling receivers waiting for messages in a shared
buffer pool, prevented all message from being consumed timeously. This problem
is related only to shared buffer pools and has been corrected.

Resolution
==========
Download hotfix #1 for TIBCO(R) Mainframe RED 2.2.0 and apply to your system.
Follow the instructions in the README supplied as part of the
Hotfix package.
If necessary, please open a service request with TIBCO Support for assistance installing this Hotfix.
Obtaining the Hotfix
====================
To download the hotfix, go to ftp://mft.tibco.com.
You may access the site using your FTP/SFTP client of choice, command-line FTP, or HTTPS (at https://mft.tibco.com).
You will be prompted for your userid and password, the same as required to open a Service Request.
Select available_downloads
Select Mainframe
Select RED
Select 2.2.0
Select hotfix-1
You should then be able to see and download the fix and the associated readme file:
TIB_mfred_2.2.0_zos.sxx.hotfix_#1.zip
TIB_mfred_2.2.0_readme_hotfix01.txt
Hotfix package.
