Closed Issues in 3.4.0_HF-003 (This Release)

BWDC-487
Processing of zoned-decimal items fails with certain character sets in COBOL.
Examples of such character sets are CCSID 4933 and CCSID 300.

BWDC-475
Parsing of a file located on the network is slower than desired. By implementing
a change in the api call, performance is very much improved. The key to the
improvement is when file is on the network.

BWDC-473
Rendering of zoned and packed decimal items is not consistent with IBM i format.
This platform defines xF as a sign nibble for signed items, where as zOS uses
dedicated values such as xC.
In order to address this difference, a new setting 'IBM i Sign Nibbles' was added
to Parse.
