You can download this HotFix from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server, https://mft.tibco.com. You will need to provide your eSupport username and password to access the server.
Once you have successfully logged into the server, go to /Available_Downloads/BusinessEvents/DataModeling/4.0.2/hotfix-09 to download the fix appropriate for your edition and operating system platform.
Note: Please refer to the attached readme file for instructions to install and uninstall this hotfix and for the list of issues fixed.
