For process packages, allow the configuration of a timeout for incoming process
as service requests.

When a process has a correlating message request activity (for example, an
in-flow or event handler incoming message activity), and that request has a
reply, it is good practice to specify an incoming request timeout for the
process package. Otherwise, if the process is not ready to receive the message
(for example, the correlating activity has not yet been initiated), it is
possible that the available threads for handling incoming messages are used up.

NOTES:

* Configuring a timeout requires a deployment action to take effect; to
change the timeout behavior of existing DAAs, you must redeploy them.

* Timeouts are not applied to requests whose WSDL port-types contain only
request-only operations.

The timeout is configured as an advanced property in the Resource tab for a
process package:

Category: BPM Runtime Configuration...
Property: Incoming Request Timeout (seconds)
        
The timeout defaults to "No Timeout" and you can select any positive integer in
the range 0 - 2147483647.
