We are pleased to notify you of the latest update to the TIBCO Foresight CCI Code Tables.  This update contains Version 21.3 of 

the CMS CCI tables, and is effective from October 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015.  The TIBCO Foresight CCI Code Tables

are used for validation of Healthcare transactions only. These tables do not affect Non-Healthcare or Global Markets customers.

ATTENTION: This Code Table file is valid for Instream and HIPAA Validator Desktop versions 7.3.0 and newer. If your 

Instream / Desktop software is older than version 7.3.0, DO NOT INSTALL THIS UPDATE. You will need to upgrade your 

validation software before installing this code table file.

These updates will also be included in the next Instream / Desktop release.

Downloading Updates

Updates can be downloaded from the TIBCO Product Support file transfer server, mft.tibco.com, using your username and password for the 

TIBCO Support Web.  You can use FTP, SFTP (FTP or SFTP use requires an FTP/SFTP client or command-line FTP), or your web 

browser at https://mft.tibco.com (requires JAVA applet support in your browser). Once on the MFT site, downloads can be 

found: /AvailableDownloads/_Additional_Products/Foresight/HIPAA_Code_Tables.
