Upgrade and Migration
GS-13191
Modified the hotfix installer to allow $DS_MANAGER arguments that point to the
base manager folder, or the $DS_MANAGER/webapps/livecluster folder. This
preserves the current behavior while easing the transition for 6.0 customers to
6.1. Also, the default behavior of the hotfix installer has been changed to
avoid overwriting the server.sh and server.bat files. The
"-overwriteStartScripts" argument can be used to allow the installer to
automatically replace those scripts if the customer chooses to do so.
