BE-22540
While executing queries on DB2, an exception was encountered. This was happening
because DB2 was running out of resources due to unclosed prepared statements.
This was fixed.
BE-22520
The catalog function HTTP.sendSecureAsynchronousRequest was not able to process
the SOAP fault message.
This was fixed.
