Closed Issues in 3.4.0_HF-002 (This Release)

BWDC-424
A PIC clause that ends in V is not treated as valid in DCP 3.4. This is redundant,
but is valid in COBOL.

BWDC-423
Incorrect parsing of VAR and VARZ items in PL/I. The length prefix in VAR or
the terminating zero in VARZ items are included in the resulting value, as well
as meaningless data following the variable content.
The length prefix or the terminating zero are now processed correctly.
