Listed below is a summary of the issues that have been fixed in this release:

Solve incorrect status issue for HA upgrade
Solve POODLE vulnerability on notification port and HTTPS port
Add support for upgrade from 5.5.0 + LSP30/LSP31 to 5.5.1
Add support for upgrade to 5.6.0 from LSP version up to 31
Add support for upgrade to 5.6.2 from LSP version up to 31
Add support for upgrade to 5.6.3 from LSP version up to 31

This is a non-cumulative hotfix to address specific issues on MC 2.1.0.
It has no dependencies on any other hotfixes and can be used in
conjunction with any other hotfixes.
