Closed Issue in 11.5.0_HF-016 (This release)
Defect Id: IPE-3848 (Parent IPE-3846)
If you used the wrong password when you logged in to TIBCO iProcess
Workspace (Browser) the first time, and then used the correct
password to log in, the following error occasionally occurred:
"client connection refused; too many clients"

The Hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Product Support file transfer server, mft.tibco.com,
using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Central website.
Please note you should use an FTP or SFTP client or command-line FTP.
TIBCO employees must use a secure protocol.
