This hotfix applies to TIBCO iProcess Engine 11.5.0 running on the

Databases:
Oracle Database 11g 11.1.x, 11.2.x
11.1.x - Oracle Client must be 12.1.0.2
11.2.x - Oracle Client must be 12.1.0.2 and the minimum
database server version supported is 11.2.0.3.
Oracle Database 12c 12.1.x (Oracle Client must be 12.1.0.2)

Closed Issue in 11.5.0_HF-012 (This Release)
Defect Id: IPE-3828
If a case number of a procedure was greater than or equal to 2^31,
the SQL statement [36] could not be executed successfully.
