Closed Issues in 11.1.2-Hotfix03 (This Release)

Defect Id: IPE-1448

BG crashed when processing an instruction followed by a JumpTo
SSOLite Stored procedure call.

Defect Id: IPE-2377

There were certain issues in the SW_GET_REQUEST_ID and
SW_GET_CASE_NUMBER stored procedures.
Specifically, SW_GET_REQUEST_ID incorrectly used the process
attribute CNUM_SEQ_CACHE instead of REQID_SEQ_CACHE, and there
was no way to set CNUM_SEQ_CACHE and REQID_SEQ_CACHE for
SSOLite stored procedures.
