You can download this Hot Fix from the TIBCO Product Support FTP server using your eSupport username and password, at

When BusinessConnect EDI Protocol powered by Instream creates a CONTRL acknowledgement
for EDIFACT documents, the UCI segment has the sender and recipient identification in
wrong order. This issue is fixed.
