Defect Id: IPE-2768
When EAICOM was installed with iProcess Engine, the following error
message repeatedly appeared in the sw_err log file after performing
LDAP synchronization:
idl_SQL_allocate_connection_from_pool() idl_SQL_enlist_connection()
Failed (Statement ID - 0) (ORA-24776: cannot start a new transaction)
