TIBCO Adapter(R) for Remedy v5.2.0 Hotfix 4 is now available on all supported platforms. This hotfix is cumulative of prior hotfixes for this version.

Defects fixed in Hotfix 4:

Defect ID: AREM-261
Description: The Adapter crashed on Solaris systems when processing currency data for which
no currency unit had been specified.

Defect ID: AREM-263
Description: For the Adapter RPC service, the select operation failed if a value was
provided in the currency field.

Defect ID: AREM-265
Description: Issue 1-7UMMKK that had been fixed in hotfix01 resurfaced due to missing
the adremedypalette.jar and adremedypalette.dat files.
