Studio flags user defined script mapping to be invalid even when mapping is valid.

Studio cleans & builds the projects while importing projects in Studio workspace
even when Build automatically is switched off.

Studio should not create .settings folder under project while querying for
presentation channels which sometimes leads to workspace being locked.

XPD-2322
Sometimes an out of memory exception would occur when running a workspace clean
and build.
