Defect Id: IPWB-95

  When performing a silent installation on a 64-bit system, the installer asks
  whether you want 32-bit or 64-bit libraries, but regardless the response, it
  always installs the 64-bit libraries. The response to the question about
  32-bit 64-bit libraries is not being recorded in the response file.
