Description:
The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. Please use your eSupport username and password to access the server. After connecting, go to /available_downloads/CollaborativeInformationManager/8.1.0/hotfix-03/  to download the hotfix.
This .tar file also has the Readme file inside. Please untar the file and look for the Readme file for Instruction on how to apply the hotfix.

The defects fixed in CIM 8.1.0 Hotfix 03 are:

CIM-10476
When a delegation profile was defined, no email notification was sent to originator or delegated user of a workitem.

CIM-10493
The password hash in ConfigValues.xml was corrupted.

CIM-10579
Record query webservice request with RECORD_STATE as "UNCONFIRMED" did not return the latest CONFIRMED or UNCONFIRMED version if the previous version is CONFIRMED.

CIM-10610
Duplicate action in rulebase did not work with relationships.

CIM-10611
If a related record was added and the related record had validation errors and the "Cancel" button was clicked, the relationship between parent record and related record was still saved.

CIM-10643
Inconsistent relationship link appeared when parent and child records were modified concurrently in different browser sessions.

CIM-10661
During import, unique constraint violation error on productkey was displayed due to inconsistent record version.

CIM-10666
During import, duplicate product keys were created in database.

This issue could have potentially created duplicate keys in the system.
To fix this issue following utilities are provided for Oracle.
To find out if there are any duplicate product keys in the system, run the
following utility:
Windows:
%MQ_HOME%\customEAR\db\oracle\utility\findDuplicateProductkeys.bat
Unix:
$MQ_HOME/customEAR/db/oracle/utility/findDuplicateProductkeys.sh

If there are duplicate product keys in the system, run the following utility:
Windows:
%MQ_HOME%\customEAR\db\oracle\utility\deleteDuplicateProductkeys.bat
Unix:
$MQ_HOME/customEAR/db/oracle/utility/deleteDuplicateProductkeys.sh

To make sure duplicate product keys are not created in the system, run the
following utility:
Windows:
%MQ_HOME%\customEAR\db\oracle\migration\Migrate81_81HF3\db_migration81HF3.bat
Unix:
$MQ_HOME/customEAR/db/oracle/migration/Migrate81_81HF3/db_migration81HF3.sh
