You can download this Hot Fix from the TIBCO Product Support FTP server using your eSupport username and password, at

Once you have successfully logged into the server, you will find the hotfix packages under

When more than 10 LLP clients connected to the same LLP Receiver, via netstat,
many CLOSE_WAITS status messages were received.
The LLP connection number can be customized by adding a property,
such as Engine.HL7.TCPServerPoolSize=50, to the application TRA file.
