The patch can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. Please use your eSupport username and password to access the server. After connecting, go to /available_downloads/ActiveEnterprise/BusinessWorks/BW/5.9.2/hotfix-10/  to download the appropriate hotfix for your OS/platform.

BW-13473
The TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks projects worked well with TIBCO Designer,
but threw an exception when run through bwengine with command prompt.

BW-14060
The log4j.xml exists in tibco\bw\5.9\lib\palettes\plugin.jar. It varies from the  
previous TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks version. The log4j.xml in plugin.jar
overwrites bw/5.9/lib/log4j.properties. However when modified, the change did
not reflect.

BW-14691
Service Resource threw error messages when it referenced a Partner Link of
ActiveMatrix type with Output Context configured.

BW-14832
MimeParser activity threw an exception in TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 5.9.2
when run using TIBCO Administrator and command prompt.

BW-14848
JMSQueueReceiver redelivered a transient (under process) message when EMS
Explicit acknowledgement mode was used.
