You can download this Hot Fix from the TIBCO Product Support FTP server using your eSupport username and password, at

When BusinessConnect EDI Protocol powered by Instream sends out a business
acknowledgement like a 997 or TA1 (for X12) or CONTRL ( for EDIFACT) through
AS2 Transport, the content-type of the payload goes out as application/xml rather
than the appropriate content-type of the MIME Header. This issue is fixed.
