Closed Issues in 1.3.3_hotfix03 (This Release)

SPM-3978
A target object group with shared criteria can now be created. This
was throwing an error in the UI.

SPM-3937
Average and Maximum response times are now consistent.

SPM-3983
Fault Tolerant BW engines are not grouped together anymore.

SPM-4163
Setting
java.property.tibco.monitormanage.serviceprobe.bw.disableReferenceProcessing=true
to disable reference service processing now works as expected.\
