This hotfix doesn't need any TRA hotfix. The patch can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. Please use your eSupport username and password to access the server. After connecting, go to /available_downloads/ActiveEnterprise/BusinessWorks/BW/5.8.0/hotfix-13/  to download the appropriate hotfix for your OS/platform.

For SOAP Send Reply there was no option to select a delivery mode and it used
PERSISTENT as the ONLY delivery mode.  
This fix now provides a drop-down for the JMS Delivary Mode (Response) with
the following options:

- Persistent
- Non-Persistent
- TIBCO EMS Reliable
