Outstanding process instances can fail if TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM is restarted.

PVM-188
Invoking an ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Service using virtualized binding from
ActiveMatrix BPM resulted in an Unexpected Transaction Rollback exception.

WRM-1755
Primary key violations can occur when work items are scheduled across multiple
nodes.

WRM-1681
Underlying exceptions thrown when invoking the Event Collector were not
propagated. Thus making it difficult to identify the cause of the problem.

WRM-1819
Add a new thread pool resource template and resource instance
called amx.bpm.userapp.threadpool that can be used by user applications.

WRM-1825
Create a "per node" sub class of Admin CLI ant task to execute upgrade tasks
on each node amx.bpm.app is deployed to.
