Closed Issues in 11.3.0-Hotfix03

Defect Id: FORM-3571

  If data is entered in a text field, then the Enter key is clicked without
  removing focus from the text field, the form is submitted, but the value that
  was entered in the field is not submitted. If there was previously a value
  in the field, and it was changed, the previous value is submitted instead of
  the new value.
  
Defect Id: FORM-3645

  If the value in a text field that is bound to an attribute of a complex object
  ends in an uppercase "Z", the value is getting interpreted as a Date value
  and the "Z" is getting converted to a timestamp. For example, a value of
  "CRUZ" is submitted as "CRU+00:00".
  
Defect Id: FORM-3646

  Forms are taking a long time to load.  
  
Defect Id: FORM-4311

  If the initial state of a form check box that is bound to a primitive boolean
  data parameter is "unchecked", and the user does not change the state and
  submits the form, a "true" value is submitted to the server (rather than the
  correct "false" value). The form for the next task in the process shows the
  check box as "checked". (If the user changes the state of the check box, the
  correct value is submitted to the server, and the check box shows the correct
  state on the next form.)
