This hotfix doesn't need any TRA hotfix. The patch can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. Please use your eSupport username and password to access the server. After connecting, go to /available_downloads/ActiveEnterprise/BusinessWorks/BW/5.8.0/hotfix-12/  to download the appropriate hotfix for your OS/platform.

BW-15369  
TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks reported an error and stopped, when WSS policy
association did not encrypt the optional element properly.

BW-15394
Adapter Subscriber behavior was different than the JMS Receiver when Auto
confirm was not selected. This has been fixed in Adapter Subscriber.
Now, if the checkbox is not selected then the message will be acknowledged at a
later point by using the Confirm activity. If the message is not confirmed
before the process instance ends, the message is redelivered and a new process
instance is created to handle the new incoming message. Ensure that your process
definition confirms the message.
Set the "bw.plugin.adapter.jms.redeliverUnconfirmedMsgs" property to "True" to
redeliver unconfirmed messages.
