You can download this Hot Fix from the TIBCO Product Support FTP server using your eSupport username and password, at

Once you have successfully logged into the server, you will find the hotfix packages under

TIBR-11810: Setting the configuration parameter join_tibbr to false disabled
the User Creation button in the Administrator tab.

TIBR-11898: Occasionally, opening the Preview pane after being notified of
new posts with a new post count resulted in an empty pane. This scenario typically
occurred when you viewed new posts from elsewhere, such as from another browser
session.
