not opening correctly on Internet Exporer 8)

FORM-5409
Update the TIBCO Business Studio preview to reflect the following recent fixes:
- FORM-5333: Drop tabbed navigation support for Label, Image and Passthrough
  controls.
- FORM-5416: Option-list control is not working in the grid pane if the labels
  and values are updated with bindings.
- FORM-5397: Edit value of numeric control is not localized.
